Group Reservations
Circle R Farms is happy to offer a unique country experience for many types of groups including school field trips, youth groups, birthday parties, family and friend gatherings, etc. ​Special accommodations can be made for field trips and birthday parties by sending inquiries to our email at CircleRFarms865@gmail.com or filling out the inquiry below.

"Groups" are considered to be a MINIMUM of 15 people, during our regular public hours of operation on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Group admission discounts are available to parties of 15 or more. Groups must be chaperoned by someone 21 years and older. Please understand that groups will not receive any type of guided tour or private access to activities (such as hayrides) and are not provided with a reserved area unless previously agreed and contracted. The group/party will not be supervised or entertained by Circle R Farms staff, and will be among other guests on the farm. There are picnic tables and fire pits that can be reserved.

FOOD POLICY:
Sorry...Outside Food/Coolers are NOT allowed on the farm. Concessions is available until 30 minutes prior to closing.

If you would like to have a group meal at our concessions just let us know when inquiring and we can propose options that will accommodate your group's needs.

The Fine Print...

Group host is responsible for making payment for entire group and distributing admission bands at entrance to the farm

Admission bands can be picked up at the admission booth upon arrival to the farm by a group representative

Admission bands are non-refundable
